RituYog offers personalised one-to-one prenatal and postnatal yoga sessions at our studio in Cherry County, Tech Zone IV, Greater Noida West. Each session is planned around you: your stage of pregnancy, how you are feeling that week, and what your doctor has advised. Sessions are open at every stage of pregnancy, and to new mothers once their doctor has cleared them to exercise again.

Ritu Dubey holds a Master’s degree in Yoga and is certified by the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY), New Delhi. Every session is taught by Ritu personally, one student at a time. Sessions draw on trimester-wise asana, pranayama, mudra and mantra, meditation and yoga nidra, Garbha Samskara bonding practices, and structured postnatal recovery. Postures are supported with bolsters, blocks and belts, the pace is set by you, and every practice is chosen to be genuinely useful — in labour, and in the months after.

Your safety comes first. We ask for your doctor's agreement before the first session and work within it throughout; anything that is not right for you is simply left out. Sessions are priced individually and separately from our memberships — message us on WhatsApp and we will share the details.

One-to-one

What a personalised session draws on

Trimester-wise asana

Postures chosen for your trimester and adjusted week by week: supported standing and seated work, hip and pelvic opening, and nothing that compresses the belly or strains the back. Every posture has a supported version.

Pranayama, mudra and mantra

Slow, calming breath practices that are safe in pregnancy, with simple mudras and mantra for steadiness — the same tools you can reach for during labour.

Meditation and yoga nidra

Guided meditation and yoga nidra, the deep-rest practice, to settle anxiety, help with sleep, and give you a quiet half hour that is entirely yours.

Garbha Samskara

Traditional Indian practices for bonding with your baby during pregnancy — breath, gentle sound and visualisation directed toward the child — woven into the physical practice.

Postnatal recovery

Once your doctor has cleared you: gentle rebuilding of the pelvic floor and core, relief for the lower back, and easing the neck and shoulders that feeding tightens.

Food, rest and routine

Simple yogic guidance on diet, rest and daily routine through pregnancy and after — alongside, never instead of, what your doctor advises.

Mothers ask

Before your first session

When can I start prenatal yoga?
At any stage of pregnancy, with your doctor’s agreement. First-trimester sessions are gentle and breath-led; from the second trimester the practice builds gradually as your body changes. Tell Ritu how far along you are and she plans from there.
Do I need my doctor’s clearance?
Yes. Ask at your next appointment and let Ritu know about anything relevant — blood pressure, placenta position, twins, a previous caesarean, pelvic pain. None of these necessarily rule yoga out, but they change what is practised and what is left out.
How soon after birth can I start postnatal sessions?
Once your doctor has cleared you to exercise — typically around six weeks after a vaginal birth and eight to twelve weeks after a caesarean. Early sessions are gentle: breathing, pelvic floor and core reconnection, and easing the neck and shoulders that feeding tightens.
Can I bring my baby?
No. Postnatal sessions are for you alone, so please arrange care for your baby for the hour. The session is quieter and safer that way, and it is one hour in the week that is entirely yours.
What is Garbha Samskara?
A traditional Indian approach that treats the months of pregnancy as a time of bonding and calm for mother and baby. In a session it means breath, gentle sound and visualisation practices directed toward the child, alongside the physical practice — not a replacement for it.
How are sessions scheduled?
Every session is one-to-one, so there is no fixed slot. Message Ritu on WhatsApp with your due date or how long it has been since the birth, and she will suggest times that fit around the studio’s batches. Each session is 55 - 60 minutes.
What should I bring?
Comfortable, layered clothes you can move in, a yoga mat, a water bottle and a small towel. Bolsters, blocks, belts and blankets are provided.
What does it cost?
Sessions are priced individually and separately from our memberships — message us on WhatsApp and we will share the details.
